These terms govern use of growwithsip.in. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What the site is

growwithsip is an independent financial education and calculator website. It is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, broker, or financial product distributor. Its content and calculators are provided for educational and informational purposes and do not constitute personalized investment advice.

Calculators produce mathematical illustrations from the numbers you type. They do not guarantee returns, interest rates, tax outcomes, loan sanctions, or product performance. You are responsible for checking figures with official documents, issuers, and qualified professionals before you act.

2. No accounts, fees, or subscriptions

The site does not require registration. There is no paid product, no subscription, and no charge to use the calculators or guides. Anyone asking for payment, OTPs, or bank details in the name of growwithsip is not acting for this site.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site or the name “growwithsip” to impersonate the publisher, phish for credentials, or solicit money or investments.
• Attempt to disrupt the site (for example denial-of-service attacks or injecting malicious scripts).
• Misrepresent calculator outputs as bank statements, fund-house quotes, or personalized advice.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, growwithsip owns the text, layout, and original graphics on this site. You may use the public pages for personal educational purposes. You may not copy the site as a competing product, republish substantial content without permission, or sell the material.

5. Links to other websites

The site may link to third-party pages (official scheme rules, tax resources, and similar). growwithsip does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or practices. The site does not currently run advertising networks or affiliate checkout programs.

6. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, growwithsip and its publisher are not liable for losses arising from use of the calculators or content, including investment, tax, or loan decisions made after reading a page or exporting a worksheet.

These terms may be updated. The effective date at the top of this page will change when they do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
